Mr. Sullivan, who joined the Marlow team in 1993, and who has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 1984, brings Marlow and its customers his extensive service expertise and management experience.

 

Ed is a Great Falls native and Star Tannery resident.  Mr. Sullivan is married with two children (and a proud grandparent of three).  He is a history buff and outdoor enthusiast whose passions include running, hiking, and hunting. 

 

Professionally, Ed's strives to earn the trust of, and build strong relationships with, each customer and the community.  Mr. Sullivan's favorite part about his job is helping people and solving problems.  Ed's first car owned was a silver, 1979 Ford F-250 truck.  His "on the lot" dream car is a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.

Maynard, who joined the dealership in 2008, first walked onto Marlow's lot as a teenager to test drive a lime green, 1976 VW Super Beetle (parked beside the telephone pole on the south side of the lot).  After practicing (impatiently) his parents' suggested (and differing) negotiation styles, Maynard became the proud owner of his first car.

 

Having worked in the automotive industry since 1980, Maynard's experience includes working in management for an auto supplier plant in Michigan.  Mr. Leckie is a Front Royal native and Stephens City resident.  Maynard is married with two children, and his passions include grilling, fishing, and shooting.  Mr. Leckie's favorite part about the community is its history, not to mention the fact that his family was an original founder of Front Royal.

 

Professionally, Maynard has considered himself a "car person" his entire life.  This translates into his passion and knowledge about every Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram that he sells, in which he truly believes are superior products in price and performance.  Maynard's "on the lot" dream car is a Ram truck.  His favorite quote is, "To succeed in life you need two things: ignorance and confidence." - Mark Twain

Cathy, who joined the Marlow team in 1991, and who has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 1973, brings Marlow and its customers a wealth of experience.

 

Ms. Dennis is a Missouri native and Stephens City resident. She is married with two children (and a proud grandparent of five).  Cathy's passions include golfing and baking, and her favorite part about the community is its topography and (calming) mountains. 

 

Professionally, Ms. Dennis emphasizes the importance of relationship and community-building by striving to know Marlow's customers by name.  Cathy's favorite part about her job is that each day is different, as well has having the opportunity to learn new technology.  Ms. Dennis' first car owned was a red, 1973 Chevy Vega station wagon, and her "on the lot" dream car is a magnum steel, Chrysler 300.  Cathy's favorite quote is, "Country roads are the best place to just drive and be stress free."

Wade joined the Marlow team in 2017, and he has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 2010.  Mr. Easley is a Front Royal native and Strasburg resident, and he enjoys playing cards with his family and friends.  Wade's favorite part about the community is its mountain views, sunsets, and hometown feel.

 

Professionally, Mr. Easely thoroughly enjoys the car industry, and if he doesn't know the answer to a customer's question, he'll find it quickly.  Wade's favorite part about his job is that he and his co-workers strive as a team to get each and every customer into a vehicle that they want and need.  Mr. Easely's first car owned was a purple, 1997 Ford Ranger (AKA "Barney").  His "on the lot" dream car is a maroon, Dodge Challenger.

Ron has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 1990.  Mr. Nicholson is a Rappahannock County native and resident.  Ron is married with two children, and his passions include basketball and ping pong.  Mr. Nicholson's favorite part about the community is that he's been here his entire life, and that he can genuinely get to know people.

 

Professionally, Ron's goal is to achieve complete customer satisfaction.  Mr. Nicholson's favorite part about his job is having the opportunity to meet new people, and working to facilitate an enjoyable buying experience for his customers (not to mention his short commute).

 

Ron's first car owned was a green, 1973 Ford Pinto (his father won it in a raffle for $1 at the Little Washington Carnival).  His "on the lot" dream car is a white, Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.  Mr. Nicholson's favorite quotes are many of those authored by Vince Lombardi, in which Ron heard routinely before his high school cross country matches en route a team state championship.

Mr. Powell is a Front Royal native and resident. Neal has two children and one grandchild.  His passions including going out to eat and seeing a good movie.  Mr. Powell's favorite part about the community is its small town feel, and that he can genuinely get to know a number of people.

 

Professionally, Neal strives to listen intently to and understand each customer, and then go the extra mile to meet his or her car buying desires and needs.  Mr. Powell also enjoys meeting new people every day.  Neal's first car owned was a black, 1980 Datsun truck.  His "on the lot" dream car is a red, Ram 2500 truck (turbo diesel).

Mr. Anders is a West Virginia native and Inwood (WV) resident.  Bryan is married with twelve children (and a proud grandparent of five).  His passions include building performance cars and drag racing.  Mr. Anders' favorite part about the region is that it's community-oriented.

 

Professionally, Bryan strives to provide the upmost customer service,  and he takes great satisfaction in helping people.  Mr. Anders' first car owned was a 1971 Chevy Chevelle (and he still owns it!).  His "on the lot" dream car is a Dodge Challenger Hellcat.

Professionally, Shawn strives to treat each vehicle that he is working on, as if it's his own.  Mr. Brown's first car owned was a blue, 1995 Chevy truck.  His "on the lot" dream car is a white, Dodge Charger Hemi.

Professionally, Herb strives to be honest and straightforward with each and every customer that drives through the service lane.  Herb's first car owned was a blue, 1973 Ford Maverick, and his "on the lot" dream car is a Ram 2500 truck.

Mr. Jenkins joined the Marlow team in 2016, and as far back as he can remember, Jeremy had a wrench in his hand.  Mr. Jenkins is a Luray native and resident, and his passions include hunting, fishing, and anything having to do with the outdoors.  Jeremy's favorite part about the community is that it's peaceful.

 

Professionally, Mr. Jenkins strives to take the time necessary to properly assess each vehicle with a goal of fixing it right the first time.  Jeremy's first car owned was a black (with gold racing stripes), 1976 Ford Mustang Cobra II, and his "on the lot" dream car is a Ram 3500 truck.

Mr. Kline is a Winchester native and resident. Dave is married with two children, and he is passionate about drag racing.  Mr. Kline's favorite part about the community is that the people are down to earth.

 

Professionally, Dave strives to address each customer's needs effectively, and he enjoys the fact that his work is always changing.  Mr. Kline's first car owned was a red, 1984 Chevy Camaro (he still has it!).  His "on the lot" dream car is a Dodge Challenger Hellcat.

Ms. Marble, who often serves as the customer's first point of contact, began her career at Marlow in 1997 after working in the medical and restaurant industries.

 

Kay is a Front Royal native and resident, and she has two children, two grandchildren, and one great grandchild.  Ms. Marble's passions include tending to her vegetable and flower gardens.  Kay's favorite part about Front Royal is that amidst the changes throughout the years, the Town has sustained itself as a quaint and family-oriented community.

 

Professionally, Kay emphasizes the importance of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and directing the customer to the right place in a timely manner.  Ms. Marble takes joy in seeing repeat customers, and now their children too, walking through Marlow's doors.  Kay's  first car owned was a beige, 1960 (something) Chevy station wagon, and her "on the lot" dream car is a cashmere pearl, Jeep Grand Cherokee.  Ms. Marble's favorite quote is, "Be the person that your dog thinks you are."

Josh joined the Marlow team in 2015, and he has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 1996.  Mr. Mayberry is a Front Royal native and resident, and he is married with three children. 

 

Josh identifies his unique talent as cutting hair (he is a former barber).  Mr. Mayberry's passions include playing sports with his family, and rooting for the Washington Nationals, Dallas Cowboys, and Washington Wizards.  Josh's favorite part about the community is the nearby Shenandoah River, in which he and his family enjoy fishing, tubing, and canoeing on it.

 

Professionally, Mr. Mayberry strives to be as tedious as possible on every vehicle that he details ("to not miss a spot"), and finds great satisfaction in that his work environment fosters valuing and respecting one another.  Josh's first car owned was a Datsun 280ZX, and is "on the lot" dream car is a black, Dodge Charger SRT.

Jason joined the Marlow team in 2013.  Mr. Mourer is a Pennsylvania native and Woodstock resident, and he is married with three children.  Jason, a proud "Jeeper,"  is passionate about riding motorcycles and star gazing with his family.  Mr. Mourer's favorite part about the community is that he can genuinely get to know people.

 

Professionally, Jason sees himself as a doctor who identifies a vehicle's problem, and then fixes it to keep the customer safe.  Mr. Mourer thrives on the fast pace environment of his work.

 

Jason's first car owned was a blue, 1988 Honda CRX.  Mr. Mourer already owns his dream car, a 1998 Jeep Wrangler that he "lifted," and that his wife painted camouflage.  His favorite quote is, "It's better to be optimistic than pessimistic.

Bob Pressler

Bob joined the Marlow team in 2015, and he has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 1986.  Mr. Pressler previously worked as a school bus driver, a custodian, a soccer coach, and in the food service business (starting as a dish boy, and ending as a Food Service Director for JW Marriott).

 

Bob is an identical twin, an Ohio native and Front Royal resident, he attended Miami University (Ohio), and he is married with two children.  Mr. Pressler is passionate about his family, and he lays claim to several athletic accolades, including: being named to the National All-American soccer team in high school; a state finalist in the Mile Relay; an NCAA Division I soccer player and football cheerleader; a competitor in the US National Sailing Championships; a semi-pro soccer player; and a competitor alongside his border collies participating in Frisbee tournaments.

 

Professionally, Bob's upmost priority is to listen to, and understand each customer's unique needs in order to appropriately pursue a solution.  Mr. Pressler's first car owned was a burgundy, 1965 Austin Healey (that he rebuilt).  Bob's favorite quote is "NUTS (TO YOU)!" - General Anthony McAuliffe at the Battle of the Bulge during WWII.  Or, better said by Mr. Pressler, "Do you want to win, or do you want to lose?!"

Roger Dowell

After working at Marlow previously, Roger re-joined the team in 2016, and he has worked in the automotive dealership industry since 1996.  Mr. Dowell is a Culpeper native and Front Royal resident, and he is a proud parent of two children.

 

Roger identifies his unique talent as juggling, and he is also passionate about performance racing, and throwing darts and horseshoes (but not all at the same time).  Mr. Dowell's favorite part about the community is that he gets to enjoy nearby Skyline Drive.

 

Professionally, and having grown-up helping his father prepare for drag racing events, working in the Parts Department is a natural fit and interest for Roger.  Mr. Dowell's first car owned was a blue, 1974 VW Beetle, and his "on the lot" dream car is a black, Dodge Challenger Hellcat.  Roger's favorite quote is, "You've got to know when to hold'em, know when to fold'em." - Kenny Rogers

Mr. Allison is a Front Royal native and resident.  He is a passionate fan of the Yankees, Nationals, and everything UVA (Go Hoos!).  Roger's first car owned was a blue and black, 1974 Dodge Dart.  His "on the lot" dream car is a white, Chrysler 300.

 

While Roger is known as a permanent fixture at the dealership, he can also be seen driving the Marlow Automotive Group parts van making deliveries in every nook and cranny of the Northern Shenandoah Valley.

Mr. Brooks is a Nokesville native and Front Royal resident. Brendan is double-jointed, considers himself a "car guy", and he is passionate about food and the Carolina Panthers.  Mr. Brooks' favorite part about the community is that he gets to enjoy its four seasons, rich history, and central location to area attractions.

 

Professionally, Brendan strives to give each and every customer the time and attention he or she deserves, and Mr. Brooks enjoys the opportunity to interact daily with his co-workers.  Brendan's first car owned was a burgundy and silver, 1984 Dodge Ram, D-150 Custom truck.  His "on the lot" dream car is a Ram 2500, Power Wagon (6-speed) truck.
